Flower Dance
Flower Dance is the annual spring semester formal held by the Colorado Gamma Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon. Flower Dance began in 1933 before moving to the chapter's newly purchased 121 East Lake Street property in 1935. Since 2001, the Flower Dance tradition has continued at Eagle Canyon Ranch in the Larimer County foothills.21st Century Flower Dance
In 2001, Flower Dance returned with full galantry and was moved off-property for the first time. Eagle Canyon Ranch, located in the foothills west of Horsetooth Reservoir, has hosted Flower Dance each year since 2001 and has been a spectacular setting for the historic event since moving it off-property.

Building the scene for Flower Dance in the front yard of the chapter house was a week long event that was often as much fun as the event itself.
The hand-built stage and pond can be seen in the accompanying photo taken at the 1999 Flower Dance. In this photo you will find Brian Summers '03, Kristin Lohman, Mike Glasser '00, the future Mr. & Mrs. Ryan Scheich '01, and Rob Boyer '99 just to mention a few.
