- Delegate and Alternate registration deadline April 30th, else $50 late fee
- NHC will pay airfare and shared hotel room for an AVC member to attend the property management program. Registration ($400) is the responsibility of the attendee.

- Urgent Cash Flow problem
- A/R virtually all past due, $12K outstanding
- $1K mismatch between budgeted revenue and A/R
- $2K (2% of semester revenue) spent on buses for one party. No recovery of this any part of this cost has realized- full burden on Co Gamma.

March 1st, 2009 - SigEp District 23 AVC Retreat in BoulderExecutive Summary:
On March 1st, 2009 Co Gamma AVC members joined with Colorado Alpha (Colorado University), Colorado Delta (School of Mines), and Wyoming Alpha (University of Wyoming) for an AVC Training event on the CU campus. The event was hosted by Sig Ep Regional Director Ryan Dressler, and Ryan Blank Director of Health and Wellness.

CO Gamma Evaluation:
The AVC Ranked the 5 core areas of operation in order of importance, scored how we are currently performing on a scale of 1-10, and identified key areas of improvement. The AVC believes that everything starts with a solid development program, which in turn, drives strong recruitment programming and strong recuits.
