AVC Comptroller

The AVC Comptroller is a member of the Colorado Gamma Alumni & Volunteer Corporation who provides financial operations oversight and manages all fiscal policies related to the AVC and Chapter. The Comptroller is also formally serves as an Executive for the separate and distinct Colorado Gamma of Sigma Phi Epsilon House Corporation, Inc. This role is/has been called by different names including AVC/Alumni Board Treasurer.

Responsibilities

---

• Provide financial reporting to the AVC
  
• Provide mentoring and coaching for undergraduate VP of Finance
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact to Colorado Gamma’s CPA
  
• Manage the Colorado Gamma savings and investments
  
• Produce Annual Report to general alumni body for inclusion in the Spring Spear newsletter
  
• Ensure timely payment of insurance premiums
  
• Ensure timely payment and resolution of all salaries and taxes
  
• Oversight of A/R and collection activities with the chapter VP of Finance
