Cost and Vendor for Replacing Windows

Does anyone know the procedure for having a bedroom window replaced? Is there an "approved" contractor for this and if so, who is it?

Also, if anyone could give me an idea on the price per window, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Brian

I have the same problem right now. You can only use commercial/special use
glass. The company the HOA uses is Mile High Glass. Ask Nancy in the
Management office. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the response. The trouble I have is that the entire window really
needs to be replaced, not just the glass. The window frame is in bad shape and
glass replacement alone will not address energy efficiency improvements I am
looking for.

I have not been able to find any solution or help on this issue to date, so
I have given up to some degree, but would always be interested in a solution
if one is found.

Thanks,
