Looking for a place to rent in August

I'm a 26 year old female incoming grad student at the Naropa University. I am looking for a place to rent/share with roomates to keep the cost down. I would like the room to have a bed and internet access. On-site laundry facilites is a must as well. It is also important that this place be near Naropa or perhaps near a bus line. I can negotiate the rent with you. The most I can pay is between 300-475 or more if it is split between roomates. Right now I am living in Ct and am about to make this move next month (Aug)
