Hi all, I saw The Curtis has opened and I was wondering if anyone has any news on whether they will sell monthly passes to the “public”? Thanks
Just thought I’d share some information I got about parking at Executive Tower. They have re-opened the garage and are selling monthly parking for $225. I was surprised about how much more it costs than before the “remodel”, if you call it that, but it may be worth it to have parking on our block for some of those without a space. I believe you can get a monthly space through the front desk, but not sure if they are outsourcing this to a parking company like before.
The number to call regarding monthly garage parking at the Executive Tower (The Curtis) is 303-607-9093.
If anyone is interested in obtaining a monthly parking garage pass for the Curtis Hotel Garage please call 303-893-9402.
The garage is managed by Central Parking Systems and the monthly rates are:
$150 Mon-Fri
$190 Mon-Sun 24-hour access
Some specials:
Sign up and pay for six months and get one month free ( $150 value)
Group of five or more parkers receive rate of $140.00 for first six months.
Early bird parking $5.00
Current daily max $8.00
If you get a space in the ‘Curtis’, will you have to exit (walking) on the street level on walk outside to get to ‘Brooks Tower’? Or, once you are in the garage will you have access to the ‘Brooks Tower’ elevators?
Hi Bill,
The Curtis parking garage is separate so you would have to exit to the street and walk around the corner to the Brooks Tower street entrance. While not as good as the Brooks Tower Garage, this is significantly better than many of the other alternatives like the Convention Center (which is 3 blocks away). Hope this helps, take care.
The Performing Arts Complex offers 24 hour parking for $100 per month, and there is no contract. However it is the second floor of the open air garage and therefore not ideal during winter months.
Good point on mentioning the DPAC garage, as it is much more convenient than the Convention Center and the price is similar. I used to have a space in the Performing Arts Center garage a couple of years ago and they were hesitant about letting me buy a permit to park there 24 hours/day. From what I have heard this year, they won’t even sell you a permit if you tell them up front that you live at Brooks and your vehicle will be there all the time.
The thing that makes the DPAC garage odd is that the City of Denver owns the garage and a parking company operates it (I think its Central Parking). According to Central Parking, the City of Denver sets a bunch of rules for the garage, including that you cannot park overnight for an extended period of time.
However, I don’t think they monitor as diligently as they would like you to believe, so I would recommend getting a permit and not mentioning that it will be you “home” parking space. Then, maybe make a little effort to park on different levels of the garage from time to time. If they see your car in the same spot for many consecutive days in a row, you may start to run into a hassle with the staff.
This page on the Downtown Denver Partnership’s website used to be a great resource if you’re looking for Downtown parking, not sure if they’ve changed it … DowntownDenver.com/parking
Also, for a list of current pricing and availability of all of Central Parking’s Downtown lots, you can stop in their office at 475 17th Street (the red tower on the north side of 17th near Glenarm) – and I believe their office is on the 7th floor. If you stop in their office, you can get a printout of current availability and pricing. Last I heard, they do not have this information available online.
Renting a condo at Brooks that does not have parking can become a real pain! At first, you think – its not bad to have a parking space 2 or 3 blocks away, but after a few months it become annoying. You have to basically budget an extra 15 minutes or more lead time to get to your car on top of the regular travel time. If you are renting or buying, I would recommend focusing on units that have parking with them.

Hello,
I noticed most of these posts are a few years old and was wondering if anyone can suggest some more current quality monthly parking within the area. I would prefer to not pay more then 100 dollars a month. thanks!
