Brooks Tower Visitor Parking

The Brooks Tower parking garage is located on Curtis Street between 14th and 15th Street, indicated by a maroon colored sign with gold lettering. The garage direction is reversed, so visitors should enter at the left garage door.

Visitors should pull up to the garage and wait for the parking attendant. Visitor parking is available at a cost of $1/hr for visitors of Brooks Tower residents and $2/hr for public parking. After parking in an assigned visitor space, visitors can reach the Brooks Tower lobby by elevator or stairs in the center of the garage.

There should be free parking for an hour for legitimate guests of Brooks Tower residents, before we start nickel and diming people. If a guest visited more than an hour, then we start charging them for the second hour forward.

There also needs to be an easier way to know if there are guest parking spots available and maybe reserve one up to 30 minutes in advance (not more so staff doesn’t waste a lot of time on this – would just be nice if I have someone on their way to visit and there is a space available, that its still available 10 minutes later when they arrrive).
